Sturdy, Stylish, and Worth Every Penny
I’m really impressed with this coffee table—definitely not your typical flimsy press-board Amazon piece. It’s heavy, which I love. It actually feels solid and high quality, which is rare in this price range.Assembly was a bit of a challenge, though. The included Allen key stripped after just a couple turns, so I’d recommend having your own tools on hand (I used a Craftsman multitool and that saved the day). I also accidentally installed one of the side panels upside down. The instructions were okay, but could definitely be clearer—just take your time and double-check everything before tightening screws. Luckily, the mistake didn’t affect the function—just left some pre-drilled holes visible on the top of one side panel. Not a dealbreaker, but something to watch out for.One of my favorite features is the hydraulic lifter—it’s stronger than I expected and holds up even if I lean on it while working. Feels super sturdy and reliable.Also, a quick tip: I added felt pads to the legs, but since I’m using it on carpet, it made the table really hard to move. Definitely use floor protectors if you’re on hardwood, but skip them for carpet.It looks beautiful in my space and feels like something way more expensive. For $150? Totally worth it.

Great Coffee Table
We bought this table for our daughter’s first apartment. I was able to match the table design and light color wood to an entertainment center of another brand, and she has the perfect living room set up. We love the lift of the table so she can use the space to study, eat, or whatever she wants. The table came in pieces with all of the hardware. While it was a bit confusing to put together, and I had to take pieces apart and back together twice, it all worked out and looks great. All pieces arrived undamaged which is my biggest concern when ordering something like this online. Excellent value for what we received.

TIPS 4 ASSEMBLY
tip 4 assembly: I recommend putting the legs on AFTER step 4. If you put the legs on in step 3, you’ll wind up struggling to use the allen wrench to tighten the screws in step 4 because the screws are so close to the leg. If you have a hex drill bit, save your hands and use it opposed to the allen wrench.Looks: came with some nicks and scratches. The nicks and scratchers are in places not visible to the eye but still a bummer. While the overall look is okay, it’s incredibly frustrating that the top of the table does NOT MATCH. -0/10 for this. I understand it’s not real wood but it doesn’t blend into each other at all. Super disappointing.Was fairly easy to assemble aside from the leg problem. It’s on the smaller side which makes it great for small spaces. It seems sturdy although we haven’t had much time to test it.Low rating comes from the top not being seamless/well blended into each other, I’ll have to figure out a way to cover it up with a runner for peace of mind.

Read before you buy
I regretted a lot, think three times before you got this, not aligned, hard to assemble, edge of the woods damaged and I couldn’t do it if anyone was honest with reviews. Value for money is $0.

I started changing out some decor and saw this table, I pondered over it way too long finally went with it. Extremely happy I did, the table is very nice better in person better than the pictures show in my opinion. If you have built anything IKEA this fits in the same category for build instructions not terribly hard but if you do not have patience let someone else do it especially if you are fussy and want all the seams to be as tight and fitted as possible. I had read the negative remarks and honestly nothing there was a deal breaker for me, not to mention you can adjust the lift portion top to be straight if it is slightly not perfect just shift it over a tiny bit from the pre drilled marks/holes its just wood and screws after all!The table comes in one box not terribly heavy I had no issues building it, I did take my time as I am particularly fussy.I love the style and for myself I only want the lift top for storage not for anything else so I have it turned opposite so I can easily access the storage area from the side I am sitting on. Solid once built and looks great in my case fits in perfectly with my decor and just a footnote the lift portion is very durable feels solid when lifted and a breeze to close.Price wise Ive seen several on other E commerce sites similar for more than double the price along with local retailers similar products same build quality but much more expensive so this is a winner in my opinion!

Good sturdy table but requires a-lot of work to setup. I wish they made it easier for folks to install with less steps. It took us 2 hours to setup. So anyone buying it good luck, once it is setup it is good to go. Also, it easily get smudges but its not a issue for us.

It is very difficlt to attach the hinges maybe because of the manufacturing defects. For all holes screws are very hard to mount specifically for hinges it doesnt fit well. unfortunately we didnt have the driller but even with driller it doesnt fit well.
