Do not waste your money and time.
The reviews were pretty good on this phone was so excited to give it to my husband because he dropped his phone and the screen cracked like crazy. We’ll that was short lived. You have to use the speaker for people to hear you. And last night the phone overheated. I guess I will keep it because we can’t afford to pay for a phone switch again. We are retired and live on a fixed income and rely on my husband’s phone to get extra work.

Disappointing Quality
The phone works, but the surface was scratched and was not factory reset. For a “renewed” device, this was far below expectation, definitely not like new.

First time ever had an issue.
Received 2 phones different prices. One did not charge other did not have cord?? I have had ATT switch old to new and will send other one back.. this is 3rd time I have bought phones from Amazon and first and only time we had issues.

Defective.can not use until repaired in tech shop.I have decided not to return this defective phone and will take it somewhere to see if it can be repaired.Either the charging port or the actual battery is malfunctioning and phone not re charging. This is third renewed phone I have ordered. For a renewed phone listed as excellent it was not. The others were returned.UPDATE. It will cost me $ 55.00 in parts plus labour to get it working.It would be safer to buy off a local seller.

This A14 works good for my needs. I just installed my Canadian SIM card and it was good to go. The battery was fully charged but I see after using it, it doesn’t last as long as the A70 phone it replaced but I’m happy with it so far.

Works well. Not a gamer so I don’t know how good it would be for that. Sound is good, takes nice pictures. I use it mostly for phone calls and browsing. Suits my needs.
