Product was great, delivery was horrid
The product was easy to assemble, looks great, very comfortable…the delivery process however, was horrible. Delivery was 3-weeks late, company couldn’t be reaches by phone e-mail or text…I had to get Amazon CS involved otherwise I may have never received the item

Seems sturdy, pretty, and was easy to put together. It’s on our front porch and hasn’t been used much since so I can’t speak for its longevity, but I’m happy with the purchase so far!

Beautiful and easy to assemble
I love the look of this piece, however one of the large bolts was missing. I will have to go to the hardware store to check and see if I can buy the same one. That is a bit of a nuisance. The cushion is a little harder that I expected. We’ll see how it goes once it gets some wear. Additionally, this is an outdoor piece, but the care and maintenance instructions say that it should be stored indoors when not in use. That will be almost impossible, so I hope it will hold up for a long time. It will be used in a large gazebo. Time will tell.

Product arrived damaged. Pretty disappointed as I was expecting higher quality. Is it possible to get some sort of credit? Everything else is perfect, don’t want to put it together again.

Looks good; quality not good
The couch looks good; it took me about 1 hour to put together; the wood is untreated on some spots; I was going to put some sealer on them but now I just noticed two cracks in the wood. I’m considering what to do; disassembling and repackaging (I threw out the packaging already) seems daunting; I may Gorilla glue the cracks and seal the exposed wood spots. I’m not really happy with this. I’d give 5 stars for looks; 1 for basic quality. Maybe I received a “lemon” and others will be luckier.
