This seller is trying to scam you
Don’t trust the phones this seller offers! It bricked itself!I bought this phone in Oct 2025 and it worked fine. I didn’t know anything was wrong until 3 weeks ago (Feb 2025) when suddenly it stopped connecting to any mobile network. I went to Tmobile and they informed me that the phone had originally been purchased by someone named “Anita Hacker” (I swear I can’t make this up) who never put any money towards the phone and owed over 900$ on it. So obviously, after several months of not receiving any payment on it, tmobile blacklisted the phone. Because of this, my phone is bricked and won’t connect to a mobile network. Tmobile won’t help because they have no way of confirming I didn’t steal this phone, despite buying it off of amazon. The third party seller on Amazon refused to help because I was “outside of the warranty period” despite not having any idea that something was wrong until the phone stopped connecting to mobile network. And Amazon, even with their lauded A to Z guarantee, wouldn’t help because I’m also outside of their 30 day window too.I repeat, I HAD NO WAY OF KNOWING that my phone would be blacklisted. It was fully functional until suddenly it wasnt. DO NOT buy from this seller. And if you want to buy used, take your phone in to have the carrier check your IMEI, to see if someone else still owes money on the phone, and if so, return that thing before you get cheated.

Excellent Device, Disappointing Packaging
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 (Renewed) from Amazon, and I want to start by saying that I am very happy with the device itself. The phone works perfectly, looks great, and performs exactly as expected. From a functionality standpoint, I have no complaints at all.However, I was very disappointed with the packaging and shipping presentation. For a high-value device like this—renewed or not—the packaging felt careless and insufficient. The phone did not feel well-protected, and the overall unboxing experience did not reflect the price or quality of the product inside. While the device arrived undamaged, better packaging would have provided much more peace of mind.I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 solely because of the packaging. If Amazon or the seller improves how renewed devices—especially premium phones—are packed and shipped, this would easily be a 5-star purchase.

I was going to purchase the Z Fold7 but really couldn’t rationalise the cost. There are many excellent other foldables out there and almost decided on another brand. I realised thinnest was that important to me and came back to Fold 6. A fantastic cheaper option if size isn’t important! It has everything i need to function in terms of AI, work and social. An excellent piece of kit for the price!
