Perfect for my needs!
This iPad came in EXCELLENT condition!No scratches or visible marks anywhere, I was highly impressed. It was also fully charged.I waited a bit to write a review just in case I had any issues but I did not. It’s been running perfectly for me! Looks brand new, to be honest! Highly recommend this seller, shipped quickly and it was packaged very nicely.

As expected for refurb
Bought for teen daughter. Works perfectly other than the battery life sucks. Worth the savings though. It was rated top condition and only had a small scratch on the back that is covered with the case anyway. Screen was in perfect shape and even had a screen protector already.

Came with 20w Apple branded power adapter and USB-C to lightning cable (was not aware it would), loaded with most current iOS, battery fully charged, and with only one little scratch on the back of the device near lightning port.Absolutely wonderful purchase and experience.

Problems with charging port
I purchased this refurbished iPad about a month ago, and I’ve had constant issues with charging. The charger that came with the iPad did not last long, and since then I’ve had to replace multiple chargers. None of them fit properly into the charging port, even though they are supposed to be compatible with this model. I contacted customer support and even purchased the charger they recommended, but it still doesn’t fit. This has been extremely frustrating and makes the device unreliable. I expected better quality from a refurbished product. I gave it 3 stars because the functionality seems to be decent.

The iPad is in great shape, and has been running smoothly. The only issue is the charger. It doesn’t work and I need to buy a new charger. Aside from that, everything works great!

L’état de la tablette est impeccable ! La batterie tient très bien sa charge également. Seul petit soucis que j’aime moins, ils envoient la tablette avec un fils qui n’est pas d’origine (dans mon cas ce n’est pas grave compte tenu que j’en avait déjà chez moi)
