A great workhorse. The only way to buy a computer, if it will do what you need.The ONLY drawback one might have is, because of its Small Form Factor, IF you are a gamer, it will never fit a large video card.

Great computer! Haven’t had one in a long time and got it for my 3d printer. So far it’s been great. Fast and communicates with everything. Keyboard crapped out right away but luckily had a spare from a family member.

1. it arrived sooner than expected 2. set up was easy. 3. I use this computer for remote customer service work and thought I was ready to hit the ground running today, but then a problem arose. I could hear my customers, but they couldn’t hear me. I did everything I knew to do and then called product support. Eric was wonderful! He did a diagnostic, changed something, waved a magic wand, and we thought we were good. I hung up feeling that the problem was solved. But it wasn’t so I called back. He did a sound test with me, and I heard him through my headset-so we knew the problem was on my employer’s end. And it was!! I made a small adjustment when signing into one of the programs, and it worked! Eric was smart, fast, patient, and so helpful!! Thank you!

Great computer for price.
This computer is great. Super fast. Problem with hard drive not connecting when first arrived. Probably during shipping. Always a chance when shipping computers. Their customer service was excellent. Communication back and forth was immediate. Had another computer in two days. Will buy again from them.
