Most of it can be done by one person, and the instructions were clear.What impressed me the most, though, was the customer service. Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was looking over the last month for a solid patio set that was weather resistant to all seasons and basically look good and accentuated newly built patio area. I also needed something that was durable as we are a very tall family. Hillga brand fit the bill. It arrived in some pieces so you have to be assemble it, the instructions I admit we’re not great and it took for me to actually look at a couple of videos online to be able to see how to set them up. I ordered a complete set loveseat, two chairs, two ottoman and the end table, and two extra sliding swivel individual chairs. The cushioning was dense and soft yet tough and adorable with a high din quality and ironically was slightly cheaper on Amazon than it was on the actual website. I also like it had multiple colors to choose from the wicker is strong. I admit they were a couple of small pieces that were a little, frayed from shipping. But the overall look in quality was solid. We definitely recommend for people who are 6 foot five and under and about 300 or less this is not really super heavy duty furniture despite what they describe in the description for size and weight but it definitely looks good and enhanced our patio area. I would also recommend buying straight from Amazon as opposed to the company website because it was cheaper and free shipping with prime. Value for money:Reasonable little cheaper on AmazonSize:Medium to large can accommodate up to 8 people comfortablyFit:Very comfortable roomy good for families and guests. Ease of assembly:Instructions weren’t great. My husband and I were hesitant to order a furniture set, sight unseen. After reading the reviews and comparing costs – both for the product and shipping from the big box store sites, we decided to take a chance on the HILLGA set. It arrived in 4 boxes (we bought an extra table) a couple days before the projected delivery date. The instructions were very easy to follow. Tools are included and all hardware (different washers and bolts) had an extra piece included in each bag. Whoever developed the process and documented the steps did a wonderful job. (It took a little longer than normal on the first chair, as my husband and I have different approaches to putting things together, so we had to work thru that). They even attached the bags of hardware to the inside of the box with a red ribbon so that it is easy to find. The furniture is well-made, sits comfortably and looks beautiful. I definitely recommend the HILLGA set.

Nice quality, I feel we made a good choice
Well it’s quite clear that the animals love it! The pieces came in separate deliveries. The chairs are very comfortable I do feel that the backs of the chair cushions will break down pretty quick they’re not very stuffed. But the bottom seat is firm. Each piece was easy to put together. And the fit is great for smaller areas and it looks very nice! I chose to get the gray so I could add colors in accents. And I’m definitely glad I did.

Quality product for the money
Furniture will be great. Easy to put together and solid. Too bad Hillga does not offer covers for set. Fed ex shipping however, was awful again. Boxes arrived wet, crushed with punchers. Then left in the rain. No notification of product delivered.

Nice high-back patio set
The customer experience from Hillga, and specifically Mia, is outstanding. There were problems with the shipment due to FedEx’s handling but Mia really stepped up and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Definitely five star support.Regarding the patio furniture, we are very happy with it. The six inch cushions and high backs are great, though the chairs seem more comfortable than the couch. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. We got the 7-piece set and the chairs, ottomans, side table and coffee table were no problem to put together. In a couple of places in the instructions it had the number of washers and nuts that you needed to use incorrect but it was a minor error.The 3-section couch was fairly easy but I did have a problem with the middle section not lining up with the other two sections. I used a vice clamp to align the legs until I screwed the bottoms together but I had to wrestle the top to get the holes aligned. Since everything else seemed to fit and go together perfectly I don’t know where the problem was but we’re still very satisfied with the purchase.
