Tips–Work on any hard flooring but not for all types of carpets.Carpet on the back of PVC material or smooth carpet use effect best, carpet not too rough sheets glued on the back is not applicable, can use the tape test! works great for thin rug
My rug is very thin and used to slide around a lot, which was really annoying. After using this rug sticker, it stays in place much better. It’s a simple solution but makes a big difference. Definitely recommend for thin rugs.

Not for over carpet
I purchased this product to keep my rug from running over the carpet based on the product description, however it did not work at all either on the small rug or a bigger one. It may work on hard floor ,but it is not effective on the carpet. It also curls on the back of the rug, separate and stick in some edges to the carpet. Either not suitable for rugs over carpet or have to apply through out all the edges rather than just the corner.

We purchased these corner pieces for the rugs to stop from sliding. These corner pieces worked great at first but after about 10 months the rugs starting coming loose I took them off and the bottom side next the floor was very gritty with dirt. I tried to wash them with water when I scrubbed the adhesive came off the backing. The corners worked good keeping the rug corners from curling but the rugs slide again. We will try some other kind of corners.

No More Slipping Rugs
They’re really easy to apply and stick well without damaging the floor or the rug. I was worried about residue, but so far everything has stayed clean and secure.I also like that they’re low-profile, so you don’t even notice them once the rug is down. Just set it and forget it.

Does not work on carpet.
I was hoping this would work to hold a rug placed on top of a carpet. It only works to hold a rug on the floor.

adhesion rug grips
These adhesive rug strips are super easy to install. I live on a hill and the winds are crazy at times. The rug didn’t adhere to the concrete as well as I would have hoped them to do. Not sure if there is something that would adhere better to concrete

These rug stabilizers did not stablize my rug, but they did ruin my floor.
The description said they would not mar the finish on hardwood floors. I tried them out on diagonal corners first as I saw that they had a very strong adhesive that sticks directly on the floor. They were on only a few days and the rug broke away from the corner piece. The piece remained on the floor and when I went to remove it, it was stuck fast and pulled up the finish and a chunk of wood. I now have a divot in the floor that I have to repair. I threw these away and ordered others that grip with a rubbery backing that holds the rug but doesn’t use strong adhesives that stick to smooth surfaces but not the underside of a rug. Junk.

Pleasantly surprised they came thicker than I expected. They are versatile enough I can cut them into smaller strips for tricky angles. Having put them on for a few nights now, the carpet corners hold flat no issue so far. I see they are reusable which is a bonus for me.

I followed instructions very carefully on how to install the grips. I bought specifically because it can be used rug on rug. I found the grips stuck very well to the base carpet but very poorly to the runner rug on top of it. The rug stills slides like crazy so that you end up seeing the grips. Basically not sticking to the runner rug at all. Ended up removing the grips entirely.

I would not buy them again

Used these to stick down a hallway rug that I had taped a foam backing onto. This product has stuck well to the foam and the floor and the whole thing has not moved after several weeks. I am worried about the hardwood. Don’t know if it will damage the finish when removed.
