My Tv arrived on time and undamaged, though the amber 2 yr warranty box and cleaning kit were in another box not forwarded o me by the carrier. I contacted Walts TV (the seller) and they immediately contacted me and informed me the tv was registered for the extended warranty before they shipped it and another cleaning kit is on the way.GREAT TV, GREAT SELLER! Home run TV
This is our second QLED 4k smart tv from Samsung. They are very good televisions. The picture quality is top notch and personally I think Samsung TVs have better pictures than LG, Sony, Roku and Fire TVs. Very quick and easy to set up. It connects to the wifi smoothly and keeps a solid connection. This one is in our kitchen and it is great for watching the news while eating or something entertaining while cooking/cleaning. The remote charges by solar so we will see how that works. We stream spectrum, netflix, prime, hulu, apple tv, disney, starz, and HBO with very little difficulty (the spectrum app buffers more than any other current streaming app.) I especially like the samsung tv app which has free channels and is similar to Roku tv, Fire tv, etc. free channels. That app is on both QLED TVs we have but not on older Samsung TVs. The QLED TV initially came with a voice assistant “bixby” that I’ve never found useful. They have the ability to use Alexa. I’ve set it up on both and had mixed results using it to turn the TVs off. The Samsung remote for these TVs is very streamlined and some may find it less interactive than a traditional remote with many buttons. The price for this TV is fair and it is a better TV than competitors priced in the $100-200 range but if you’re price conscious or on a budget I’m not sure you would find the improved picture and smart features worth the extra cost. We recently switched to Spectrum “cable” which no longer uses a set-top box and the app is NOT compatible on Fire TVs and is clunky on Roku TVs so I needed a good TV that can reliably stream spectrum and this one does. The internal speaker is not great, but TV speakers almost never are so that’s not unusual. I have an older Samsung soundbar I hooked to it and it sounds great. This TV lives up to Samsung’s reputation as a leader in televisions!

Difficult and unclear instructions.
Our order arrived quickly, and my husband tried to set up our new TV for use. It was very difficult to follow the directions, and all that he did never worked right. The voice for instructions was also not clear, and the picture focus was dark. After trying all day, we decided this TV was not very good and not suitable for us. We returned the TV and got a better one.
