Use better screws!
I do love these. They are bright and perfect for areas with no access to electricity. I have bought them several times over the last 5 years and they still work like new. My only complaint is the cheap soft screws that come with it. One slip of the drill will completely strip the screw heads!

Nice packaging. Compact and to the point but well packaged. Both lights turned on at time of opening Currently have them charging in the window. Looking to mount them in my backyard and I think they will work perfectly. I just am curious once mounted; how easily it’ll be to take on and off because the switch is on the back of the light. There are 3 options to keep the light on and there is motion sensor. The brightness seemed great. I will be interested to see in full darkness. Decent size too and I appreciate the lights on the side too.

So unbelievably bright!
They come in pairs of two. We first purchased one pair last year, loved them so much that we purchased 3 more pairs very recently. They are perfect and soooo bright. There are 3 setting. 1, 2, 3. We prefer setting 1 which is very bright and stays on for 30 seconds after there is no movement. The instructions that come with the lights explains the 3 settings. The smallest movement will turn the solar light back on.The one we purchased over a year ago is still going strong, like new. I would purchase more if I could find a place to put them.

I rarely take the time to write a review but this product deserves it.
When purchasing this product I had reservations, but thought why not, I’ll just send them back if I’m not happy. I’m more than surprised with the product. It preforms exactly as advertised. The brightness is more than I had expected and the solar arrays work well even with little sunlight, or partially shaded sunlight. I have one of the lights on a tree and even though its shaded by tree limbs, it works perfectly. They have lasted for more than a year now, through the scorching summer Texas heat, through many, many, rains, and several hard freezes. They are still going strong. They’re actually very durable. I’ve dropped on the concrete patio several times and they still work fine. They’re lightweight and durable and brighten up the area around the pool very nicely. Remember, they are only motion sensing. I wish they had a mode where you could turn them on for several hours. They are not advertised to do that, so they definitely deserve a five star rating. NOT RAINPROOF or SUN PROOF
I purchased several pairs of these lights after reading the glowing reviews and especially sine they stated the lights were IP65 rated which means RAINPROOF. After the first pair, we really enjoyed the lights. Since they were helpful getting in and out of car at night and taking the dog out in the dark, we ordered more pairs until we had them on all sides of our house. These lights were carefully mounted and protected by the drip cap molding for additional protection from weather. After having the lights a little over a year, some stopped working. After getting on a ladder to inspect the lights, I saw discoloration and condensation appearing on the inside. Also the eye bubble on some of the lights was cracked or broken from weather? Now I have 8 non-working lights around the perimeter of my house. If I remove the non-working lights I will have holes in my aluminum trim.It appears that these lights were NOT IP65 rated for rain and the eye bubble material was not able hold up in the sun. Like others, we purchase a lot of items from AMAZON and are used to higher standards from them.Since I can find no way to contact the manufacturer about this problem, I can only give the lights 1 star.

Bright like an alien ship landing!
I saw these lights on one my neighbor’s house. I had to have them. These lights require no batteries, which is a plus for me…one less thing to worry about! Installation was a breeze! Put the amount of light these things have is amazing! I put on near my back door so that me and guest can see my stairs clearly. And with winter coming i can tell if the steps are slippery or icy. I put one near my grassy area where my dog relieves herself. She is longer afraid to go outside, she doesn’t like the dark so much. i put 3 along my driveway and one near my fence leading up to my garage. These work so well, i bought some for two of my sisters and a pair for one of my nieces. if i can give lights a 10, I would!
