The performance of this little speaker is genuinely impressive. It’s hard to believe so much technology fits into such a compact design, yet the sound quality rivals what I’d expect from a much larger system. The WiiM Sound Lite has completely transformed our TV‑watching experience. I actually removed our surround‑sound setup because this single speaker delivers clearer dialogue, richer music, and overall better audio than what we had before.The WiiM Sound Lite is essentially a smart audio computer powering two tweeters and a bass driver, and it shows. Streaming music over Wi‑Fi from Amazon Music or Google Music sounds fantastic. We keep the speaker positioned between our two recliners, and having the sound source right next to us creates an experience that beats any theater we’ve been to.Bluetooth audio from the TV has been flawless as well. We turn on the TV and it connects instantly with zero latency or lip‑sync issues.Overall, the size, performance, and reliability of this speaker far exceed my expectations. At this price, it’s an exceptional value.The WiiM Sound Lite is nothing short of fantastic. While initially spent hours tinkering with the equalizer and fine-tuning every setting, I eventually stumbled upon a surprising realization: audio engineers spend years perfecting these tracks in their native format. Because the WiiM Sound Lite is so capable of reproducing that original intent, I ended up doing the unthinkable-I turned the equalizer off. Wiim sound lite + Tidal + wifi = just wonderful lossless sound.The more you experiment with it the better it gets. Just beautiful sound as I walk from room to room. Highly recommend.I also bought the $20 Wiim remotes. Four presets but really eight as you get two per button. So easy to link and unlink the speakers from the app. There was a tiny learning curve but absolutely worth it.

Great sound, great integration, software seems a little immature
This is a great speaker. It is pretty big, fills rooms with sound. I love the WiiM ecosystem and how seamlessly things integratie. I control mine with Spotify and Homeassistant. My only gripe is that these units disappear from the App, the app is aware they are there but requires taking a step to reconnect — it is weird because the app knows they are there and the communication has failed, the app fixes that itself but it requires manual intervention to do that. This seems like some initial growing pain with the software and I’m hopeful it will get sorted soon.

Sounds great in a discreet package.
It sounds great. It’s still a single speaker so you wont get separation. I’m thinking about getting a second to make that happen. I really didnt need the full Sound with the screen. This is so clean.It integrates nicely with the rest of our Wiim gear, and it has enought IO to keep it relevant for years to come. A big step up from our Google Nest Audio.

Breathtaking Sound!
Because I’m inherently cheap,l have avoided buying premium Smart/Bluetooth speakers. Therefore I have tons of subpar speakers. However, something came over me one day (maybe because I’m a geezer and close to heaven) and l bought the WiiM, with display, Speaker. I was extremely pleased! Then, I thought, but what about stereo? That’s all it took! So, I now have two WiiM’s, with breathtaking Stereo! Setup was easy -no manual needed.

Another Wiim winner. Anyone comparing this to an Alexa device is barking up the wrong tree. Added this to my existing Wiim setup for a delightful treat. Big sound in budget.

Nice alternative to a Sonos Era 100
I purchased this unit to replace a Sonos Era 100 in my kitchen. I needed a reasonably inexpensive speaker that was Roon Ready so that I could group it with other Roon endpoints in my house. As a Roon endpoint it works perfectly and the sound is similar enough to the Era 100 to not be noticeable (at least in my kitchen). I can’t speak to the native WiiM functionality so I don’t know how well it competes against the entire Sonos ecosystem, but the Roon functionality works seamlessly.

No voice control: Think it has voice control for $200 plus? Alexa echo has it for only $100.
You would think it has voice control for $200 plus. Alexa has it for only $100. Guess what?I read about how to connect this device up to Alexa and everything was all ready to set it up. I started talking to it and guess what? No microphone. $247 and no microphone for voice commands.It requires a little remote that you have to carry around with it to be able to control it by voice. Just how stupid is that at that price?That said Alex Echo pretty much sucks too losing signal all the time yet my Nest audio new device has a strong signal all the time better sound and for the same price and commercial free on Amazon music even without a subscription other than prime.Now there’s of course a lot of things you can do like skip too many songs or highlight a particular artist. Even then if you select the artist to play the music from most of the songs that they play in the center from that artist so. My choice is Amazon music and stay away the hell away from this piece of crap as well as Alexa echo go with Google Nest Audio.

I love Wiim products, have owned a mini, x2 Pro’s, Amp and an Ultra and now today have received this Lite, it has replaced an Edifier D12 connected via RCA to a Pro in my kitchen and am very impressed with the sound, I actually felt it had a bit to much bass but in the Wiim app I have turned the bass down and it sounds much better.I’m definitely going to buy another for the bedroom, really couldn’t be happier with it, was packaged really well in a double box with the power lead and a rca to headphone jack which I won’t needSo yes definitely very pleased, have been waiting ages for a Wiim speaker, didn’t want the Sound as the screen does nothing for me, well done Wiim another excellent product, will be ordering my second any day now.

It sounds really good but it doesn’t connect to Alexa the way it should. It’d be better if it was Alexa enabled instead of just using Alexa to connect to it.

Schön, dass WiiM jetzt auch einen Aktivlautsprecher ohne Plasma-Display auf der Frontseite und ohne Fernbedienung herausgebracht hat. Der Klang der Lite (ich habe beide Typen) ist erwartungsgemäß nicht von der großen Variante zu unterscheiden, der Preis ist angenehm.Bei mir ersetzt der Lautsprecher meinen letzten kleinen Sonos-Speaker und alles läuft jetzt auf WiiM. Klang ist mit Raumkorrektur gut, aber nicht überragend, Stimmen sind gut verständlich. Ich hätte mir noch ein wenig mehr Durchhörbarkeit im Hochtonbereich gewünscht, das ist aber Geschmackssache. Insgesamt schöne Ergänzung im WiiM-Universum und der Preis geht auch in Ordnung.
