Make sure switch is on motion to work great lights
These work well. You must make sure that you have the switch set to the right setting for motion detection. If it’s set to “off” it will not work. They are bright and work great! Install was simple. Solar is working very well and it’s been about 6 months now.They come in a 2 pack and are a great deal. There are also remotes included but we don’t use them.

Got a four star review that should have been a five star
I wanted to add a couple of security lights to my front and back yard, So far, these solar lights have performed well and once the sensors are triggered, they provide a great amount of light. How they hold up is yet to be determined. But, if they continue to perform, I will be purchasing a few more. I did take off one star for the remote controls that came with the lights. They are hit or miss when you select one of the buttons and are more frustrating than anything. Either the two I received are somewhat defective or they need to be upgraded to a better performing remote.

LOVE these lights – however – they have lithium ion batteries which are a fire hazard. 🙁
**UPDATE**While the light is still working very well – I wanted to be SURE to add a warning..I just watched a news report about a house that burned to the ground due to one small solar powered light.The fire was caused by the LITHIUM battery inside the light… and this solar light DOES contain a lithium ion battery.Although these have been wonderful – it is NOT worth the risk to safety. :(You can view the video on you-tube titled “Solar light causes house fire” by WSMV 4 Nashville.I would recommend NOT attaching the light to your home.————————–We bought 2 these solar lights a year ago in Dec 2024 – and they continues to work BRILLIANTLY!Easy to install (with some additional mounting hardware to secure it in a precarious position under the eaves/gutter) -we have one in the backyard in a particularly dark area that had no lighting, and over the driveway to detect movement near our cars at night.They have worked every night with absolutely ZERO problems!The lights are extremely sensitive to movement – with NO delay in response. Turns on quickly & BRIGHTLY!Even in this low-light time of year – where we have more cloudy, overcast days than usual, this light is charging perfectly with no dimming due to less daylight solar charging. We have another similar product over our front door, and it is not doing half as well as this one does as far as charging even on less sunlight in the day.Very durable – has survived Santa Ana Wind storms, downpours, etc.The light evenly illuminates an area equal to a 2 car driveway (based on how we’ve angled the lights). You would need 2 of these for larger area coverage.Higly recommend – these are going strong after a year of solid, continuous use!Impressive!

Very responsive to motion, good brightness, lights up the rabbit kennel well.
As long as these solar lights get enough sun during the day, they work great and are really bright. I have them mounted to the top of a chain link rail on our kennel and they are holding up well and working well. They are very responsive to motion and come on immediately as I approach the kennel. The light panels are easy to adjust and the lights are a good size overall. I often look out the window and see these solar lights lit up in the morning so they are lasting all night long and I think my rabbit has figured out that they will light up if he runs up close to them. He is obviously low to the ground and the lights are mounted up on top of a 8 ft. high rail but he is able to trigger the motion sensor to light them up. The cost was very reasonable and I will buy more of these solar lights.
